Starlight - 12: Exchanges and Warranty

All Starlight - 12 series products have a 1 year limited warranty.   

Your product must be under warranty in order to obtain warranty service.
Finalmouse products have a limited warranty from the date of original retail purchase that the product will be free from defects in material and workmanship. Any loss, theft, or *damage by the user or environment is not covered under the Finalmouse limited warranty. The length of the limited warranty may vary by product. The warranty is valid for the original retail purchaser from the date of initial retail purchase and is not transferable.

Keep the original sales receipt or invoice. Proof of purchase is required to obtain warranty performance. Finalmouse dealers, service centers, or retail stores selling Finalmouse products do not have the right to alter, modify or in any way change the terms and conditions of the warranty. The warranty included with your purchased product is your exclusive warranty.

*damage includes any physical alterations to the product that otherwise change the mouse from the original manufacturing specifications.
